How to use
- Rinse all three with warm soapy water before first use.
- Fill the 2L in the morning. Finishing it by evening is the whole game.
- Keep the 900ml permanently in your gym bag so it's never a decision.
- Check the seal is seated before you close a full bottle.
- Wash the lid separately — the seal ring pops out for cleaning, and that's where smells start.

Frequently asked
Can I put hot water or tea in these?
No. Tritan handles warm but not hot liquids, and these aren't insulated. Cold and room temperature only.
How do I stop them leaking?
Close the lid fully and make sure the silicone ring is seated flat. A ring that popped out during washing and went back in crooked is the usual cause of a leak.
Do the time markers wash off?
They're printed, not stickers. Hand washing preserves them considerably longer than a dishwasher will.
Is 2 litres a day the right target?
It's a common rule of thumb, not a medical prescription — actual needs vary with body size, climate and activity, and people with kidney or heart conditions should follow their doctor's guidance rather than a bottle.
Can I gift just one bottle?
