Your brush reaches about 60% of your mouth. This gets the rest.
A thin jet of pressurised water, aimed between the teeth and along the gumline, flushing out what bristles physically cannot reach.
The problem
Most of us brush twice a day and skip string floss entirely — it's fiddly, it hurts, and almost nobody keeps it up. Meanwhile food packs into the gaps between molars, chai and tobacco stain the edges, and morning breath has a source nobody talks about.
The solution
JETRA pushes a focused stream of water between teeth and under the gumline at adjustable pressure. It takes about sixty seconds, needs no technique, and works around braces, aligners, bridges and implants where string floss is close to impossible.
Why it stays on the shelf
-
Three pressure modes — Soft for sensitive gums, Normal for daily use, Pulse for a deeper flush.
-
Four interchangeable nozzles — so the whole family can share one handle, each with their own tip.
-
300ml detachable tank — enough for a full mouth without a mid-clean refill.
-
IPX7 waterproof — use it in the shower, rinse it under the tap.
-
USB-C rechargeable — no proprietary cable to lose.

How to use
- Fill the tank with lukewarm water. Cold water on sensitive teeth is unpleasant.
- Click a nozzle into the handle until it seats.
-
Lean over the sink first, put the tip in your mouth, close your lips loosely, then switch on. Learn this on day one or you will spray the mirror.
- Start on Soft. Trace the gumline, pausing briefly in each gap.
- Let water fall out of your mouth into the sink as you go.
- Once daily, about 60 seconds, after brushing.

Frequently asked
Does this replace brushing?
No. It's an addition, not a substitute. Brush first, floss with water after.
My gums bled the first few times. Normal?
Light bleeding in the first week is common when gums aren't used to being cleaned at the margin, and it usually settles. If it continues past two weeks, or if you have pain or swelling, see a dentist — that's a sign worth checking properly, not something a device should be managing for you.
Safe with braces and aligners?
Yes, and it's one of the main reasons people buy it. Use the Soft setting around brackets.
Will it whiten my teeth or fix bad breath?
It removes trapped food and surface debris, which helps with both. It is not a whitening treatment, and persistent bad breath can have causes a flosser won't touch — worth a dental check.
How often do nozzles need replacing?
Roughly every 4–6 months per person, sooner if bristled tips fray.
